Q1. What is a transfer by Shared Shuttle?
Shared Shuttle Transfers are our most popular product where you share your transfer with other passengers. All our Shared Shuttles are Door to Door Services, we pick you up from or deliver you to your home, hotel, or anywhere in the Wellington region. This kind of transfer is very cost effective.

Q2. What is a Private VIP Transfer?
It is a transfer where the vehicle is entirely and exclusively booked for the client.
Private Shuttle Transfer insures a much more comfortable and personalized transfer.

Q3. How many people can travel on a Shuttle?
Up to 11 passengers and their luggage. All vans have luggage trailer or special compartments at the rear of the vans.

Q4. Where can we find you at the Airport?
A company driver will wait for you inside Wellington airport on the ground floor at the baggage claim areas (for domestic flights) and as passengers exit the Airport Customs area (for international flights) holding a sign with the customer's name printed on it. After you get your luggage our driver escorts you to the vehicle and drives you safely to your destination in comfort and style.

Q5. What form of payment do you accept?
We accept direct debit, debit (EFTPOS) cards, Visa or MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, taxi chits, Total mobility cards, and cash.
